Both the training courses and analytical tools can be purchased from IER Solutions and used at your discretion – enabling your company to build on-going in-house ER/IR expertise across it’s line management and HR teams.

This works especially well if you feel you have the in-house expertise but need help to address a specific issue/problem.

Should you feel that the in-house expertise needs refreshing or some development then IER Solutions can provide the line leader training.

Alternatively you may wish to use IER Solutions to train your HR team allowing them to undertake the wider business/line training. We can be flexible to your requirements.
